Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

PayPal Holdings is seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and concerns related to PayPal products and services - Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document all interactions with customers accurately and professionally - Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex customer problems - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals - Experience working in a call center or customer service role - Must have a dedicated home office space with high-speed internet and a quiet environment for phone calls
