Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a remote basis. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support through chat platforms, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally via chat platforms - Providing technical support for any product-related questions or concerns - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Documenting and reporting customer feedback and recurring issues to improve overall customer service - Ensuring accurate and timely responses to all customer inquiries - Adhering to company policies and procedures for customer support

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong adaptability and resourcefulness - Excellent written communication skills - Strategic planning and time management skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Familiarity with customer support software and chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required
