Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Assistant to join our team at D.R. Horton. This is a remote part-time position based in Jacksonville, Florida, US. As an Associate level team member, you should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and general inquiries - Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience

Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual - Strong cooperation skills and attention to detail - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Experience in a customer service role is preferred
