Ingredion is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a part-time remote work position ideal for individuals who are adaptable, motivated, and have strong people management and decision-making skills. As an Entry Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our chat support platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via chat. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or technical issues. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer support. 6. Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Adaptable and motivated personality traits. 7. People management and decision-making soft skills.
