Job Description - Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Humana is seeking a passionate and motivated Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a remote work opportunity, perfect for individuals looking for part-time work with the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service through chat support interactions - Addressing customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and assisting customers with problem resolution - Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborating with other team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - Hardworking and energetic individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong strategic planning and analysis skills to effectively address customer needs - Excellent written communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and meeting performance metrics - Experience working in a remote environment and comfortable with using chat support tools
