Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

As a Chat Support Specialist at NCR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through chat communication. This is a remote position based in Jacksonville, Florida, US, and is part-time with an Associate Level seniority and requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via chat to provide information and assistance with NCR products and services - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Dedicated and reliable individual who can work independently in a remote setting - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers - Proficient in project management to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience in customer service and technical support preferred - Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues efficiently
