Job Description - Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Yum Brands is seeking a passionate and adaptable Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Seattle, Washington. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in client relations.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist with the development and maintenance of client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. 3. Collaborate with team members to coordinate and execute client projects and initiatives. 4. Provide support in managing client accounts, including updating information, tracking communications, and resolving issues. 5. Contribute to the creation of client-facing materials and presentations to enhance the client experience. 6. Assist with administrative tasks related to client relations, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing documentation.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and creating positive experiences. 2. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong creativity skills to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to client challenges. 4. Basic project management skills to help coordinate client initiatives effectively. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable working with remote communication tools.
