Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cigna, a global health services company, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This position offers the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. 2. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication. 3. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. 4. Analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute client initiatives and projects. 6. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a proactive manner. 7. Track and report on key performance metrics to assess client success and retention. 8. Continuously seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in client relations or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Confidence and resourcefulness in handling challenging situations. 5. Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business decisions. 6. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 7. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
