Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics, a global provider of products, services, and solutions to industrial and commercial users, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team remotely. This position is located in New York City, New York, US, and is at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of products and services to clients. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients. - Monitor client accounts to ensure timely payment and resolve any billing issues that may arise. - Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate records of client communications. - Provide regular updates and reports on client activities and feedback to management.

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. - Excellent persuasion and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients. - Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or sales roles, preferably in the technology or industrial sectors. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
