Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relations Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This position is part-time and requires a candidate with a mid-to-senior level of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement client relations strategies to maintain and grow client satisfaction and loyalty - Communicate with clients on a regular basis to understand their needs and preferences - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and maximize client retention - Prepare and present reports on client relations metrics and outcomes to senior management - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and solutions to meet their business goals - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve processes and results

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business results - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Proficiency in strategic planning and analysis as soft skills - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
