Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

AGCO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Austin, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level position requiring 6 years of experience, the Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Develop strategies to increase client retention and overall satisfaction - Provide regular reports and updates on client accounts to management - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client relationship management


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred) - Ability to work independently and remotely
