Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: Northrop Grumman is seeking a proactive and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a part-time, remote work position for individuals with at least 8 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and cultivate client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and effectively - Develop and implement strategies to expand client base and increase revenue - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide creative solutions to client issues and challenges, fostering long-term relationships - Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients - Meet and exceed revenue targets and client retention goals

Requirements: - At least 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and motivated individual who can thrive in a remote work environment - Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
