Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Molina Healthcare is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, we are looking for someone who is driven, problem-solving, and a team player.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests - Develop a deep understanding of Molina Healthcare's products and services to effectively communicate with clients - Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Track and report on client interactions and feedback - Meet and exceed client retention and satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience in client relations or a related field - Energetic and driven personality - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Availability to work part-time remotely
