Job Description:
Icahn Enterprises is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in client relations, sales, or customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion. 5. Prepare reports and presentations for clients, summarizing key metrics, performance trends, and recommendations. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients. 7. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and enhance client relationships.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in client relations, sales, or customer service. 3. Independent and adaptable mindset, able to work efficiently in a remote environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to innovate creative solutions to meet client needs. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
