Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group in a remote work capacity based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and independent, with strong time management and decision-making skills. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary - Provide accurate and timely updates to clients regarding their accounts and policies - Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training on our products and services - Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to insurance policies to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a plus - Must be adaptable and able to work independently
