Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Graybar Electric is seeking a passionate and confident Client Relations Specialist for a part-time remote position based in San Francisco, California. As an Entry Level Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to research and manage people effectively.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Communicate with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide solutions - Conduct research to understand client industries, needs, and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success - Manage client accounts and track progress to ensure goals are met - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all times - Represent Graybar Electric in a professional and positive manner

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Passionate and confident personality - Strong research and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
