Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Anixter International is looking for a talented Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking someone with at least 2 years of experience in client service and a strong ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests. 2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times. 3. Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. 4. Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to address client needs. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 6. Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve client satisfaction. 7. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements: 1. Adaptability and energy to work in a fast-paced remote environment. 2. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. 2+ years of experience in client service. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
