Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Client Service Manager to join our team at Honeywell International. This is a part-time, remote position based in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Provide support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients - Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company

Requirements: - Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resourceful and able to think outside the box to solve problems - Strong research skills to stay informed about products and industry trends - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
