Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Mercedes-Benz is seeking a talented Client Service Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in customer service and client management.


As the Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients. Your main duties will include:


- Communicating with clients to understand and address their needs - Providing exceptional customer service and support - Managing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Resolving any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Analyzing client feedback to improve our products and services


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer service or client management - Independent and passionate personality traits - Strong persuasion and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - A proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - A high level of organization and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
