Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


DHL is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time remote work position suitable for individuals at a mid-to-senior level with at least 8 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop strategic plans to grow and retain client accounts - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client service management


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client service management - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong critical thinking and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of success in managing client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
