Job Description:


Time Warner is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer, working remotely from San Jose, California. This part-time entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in client services within a dynamic and innovative company.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve client experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
