Job Description - Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


S&P Global is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level requiring at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as email, phone, and live chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant information and recommendations - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery - Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Provide regular updates to clients on their accounts and new products or services that may be of interest to them


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Energetic and confident personality with excellent communication skills - Strong research skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data - Previous experience in client service or a related field is highly preferred - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed
