Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Service Representative at Anthem, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely from San Antonio, Texas. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills in all interactions - Strive to exceed client expectations and build long-lasting relationships

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Driven, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely is a plus
