Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Synnex is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. 2. Manage client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and updating client information. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and support business growth. 4. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
