Job Description - Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Toys “R” Us is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team on a remote basis in New York City, New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and driven, with strong planning and people management skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution - Manage and prioritize incoming customer requests to ensure timely response and resolution - Work closely with other departments to address customer feedback and escalations - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team - Meet and exceed customer expectations to deliver delight in every interaction


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support - Passionate and driven individual with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and people management skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
