Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

General Dynamics is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to work remotely from Columbus, Ohio. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will be independent and resourceful, with excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist with product demonstrations and training sessions as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
