Job Description:
NRG Energy is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis and work remotely from San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely resolution of issues - Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch support and guidance - Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience - Document interactions with clients and keep accurate records of communication - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Driven and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a dynamic environment - Excellent research skills and ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster cooperation - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
