Job Description:
Magic Leap, a cutting-edge technology company based in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be a remote position, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via email, phone, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication - Document client interactions and provide detailed notes for future reference - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide training as needed - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and improve overall satisfaction
Requirements: - Reliable and energetic individual with excellent communication skills - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and pay close attention to detail - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Experience in the technology industry is a plus
