Job Description:
Snowflake, a leading cloud data platform company, is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a part-time, remote work opportunity at an Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and effective support to clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients, escalating more complex issues as needed. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and provide feedback for product improvements. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolution in our CRM system. - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to clients.
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. - Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Driven and hardworking personality traits. - Project management skills and creativity in finding solutions. - Experience in a client support role or similar position for at least 4 years.
