Responsibilities:
1. Take inbound calls from customers and provide information, resolve issues, and answer questions regarding Health Net products and services. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, obtain necessary information, and address any outstanding issues. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system. 4. Collaborate with various departments within Health Net to ensure customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. 6. Assist in training new contact center assistants on customer service best practices and company procedures. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics set by the company. 8. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements:
1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong presentation skills for effectively communicating with customers. 4. Motivated and resilient attitude when dealing with challenging customer situations. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently, while still being a supportive team player. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other contact center software. 7. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
