Job Description:
Regions Financial is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Washington, D.C., US. As an Entry Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution. 3. Provide information on products and services offered by Regions Financial. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with various departments to escalate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in basic computer applications and software. 6. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
