Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Avnet is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a part-time, remote work opportunity for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of independence and resourcefulness, along with the ability to cooperate with team members and pay close attention to detail.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the contact center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize contact center performance. 4. Train, mentor, and coach contact center staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve cross-functional communication and processes. 7. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in contact center management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in contact center management. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Proficiency in using contact center software and CRM systems.
