Job Description:
As a Contact Center Officer at Voya Financial, you will be responsible for remotely assisting customers with their financial inquiries and providing excellent customer service. This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding their financial accounts - Provide accurate and timely information to customers on a variety of financial products and services - Assist customers with account maintenance, including updating contact information and processing transactions - Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software
