Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description: Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy changes, claims, and more.

Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Utilize emotional intelligence and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions to their insurance-related issues - Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all customer interactions in the company's database - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity - Continuously strive to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Confident and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote environment - Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a high volume of customer inquiries - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
