As a Contact Center Officer at AmerisourceBergen, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. In this remote part-time position based in Los Angeles, California, you will play a crucial role in supporting our contact center operations.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and provide product information to clients - Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively - Conduct research to address customer concerns and provide accurate solutions - Utilize creativity to find innovative ways to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience - Adapt to changing priorities and handle high call volumes during peak times - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
