Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Representative to join our team at Aflac, a leading insurance provider in the Dallas, Texas area. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Assist customers with policy information, claims, and other insurance-related issues - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Input and update customer information in the CRM system accurately - Follow company guidelines and scripts to ensure a consistent customer experience - Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Meet and exceed performance goals and KPIs set by the company - Stay up to date on insurance products and services offered by Aflac - Handle complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently - Conduct research and problem-solving to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated individual with a positive attitude - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred - Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
