Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

News Corp. is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a part-time, remote work position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of related experience. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 4. Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude in all interactions. 5. Follow company policies and procedures for quality assurance and compliance. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. 7. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers. 2. Adaptable and able to work independently in a remote environment. 3. Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers' needs. 4. Presentation skills to effectively convey information to customers. 5. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
