Job Description:
NCR is seeking a dynamic and passionate Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level, perfect for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or contact center environments.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. 3. Utilize resources to research and troubleshoot customer concerns to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide accurate information and support. 5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team goals. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and passionate personality traits. 2. Excellent presentation skills and creativity in problem-solving. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in technology and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. 7. Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role. 8. Must be able to work remotely and have a reliable internet connection. 9. Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
