Job Description:
Citigroup is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based in New York City, New York, but will be a remote work opportunity. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting issues - Process orders and returns - Ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Persuasive and resilient personality traits - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
