Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

As a Customer Care Assistant at Entergy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely from your location in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, and service requests - Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers - Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits to handle challenging customer situations - Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence to provide effective solutions to customer issues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software
