Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Sempra Energy is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Seattle, Washington, US. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Providing information about products and services, and assisting customers with placing orders. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Strategic planning and people management skills are a plus. 6. Must be dedicated and hardworking.
