Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Job description:


As a Customer Care Assistant at Alorica, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients remotely from Seattle, Washington. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and empathy - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support operations - Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company


Requirements: - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Strong people management and leadership skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and applications - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education a plus
