Job Description:
Xcel Energy is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a part-time, remote work position at the associate level with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account-related issues, billing inquiries, and service requests. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer concerns effectively. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive support to customers. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to better assist customers. 7. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve. 4. Ability to work remotely and independently. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
