Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Pacific Life is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care specialists and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of customer care specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship as needed - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback for improvement - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance overall customer experience - Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make informed decisions to drive strategic initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role - Independent and dedicated personality traits with strong decision-making and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in using customer relationship management software and other related tools - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
