Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


AmerisourceBergen is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and is part-time with an Associate Level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, striving to exceed customer expectations - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and escalations effectively - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Prior experience in project management is a plus
