Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Specialist at AK Steel Holding, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from San Jose, California. This part-time position requires an individual with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and is at the Associate Level.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Provide product information and pricing details to customers - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in a customer service role - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
