Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This position will be remote work and is at the Associate Level for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with policy changes, claims processing, and general insurance questions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their insurance needs. 7. Work with various departments within the company to address customer issues and provide solutions.

Requirements: 1. Experience in customer service or a related field for at least 3 years. 2. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong project management and teamwork skills. 4. Excellent communication and listening skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
