Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Mohawk Industries is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. We are looking for individuals who are reliable and resilient, with strong soft skills in persuasion and project management.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placements, returns, and product inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
