Job Description: Cincinnati Financial is seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a high level of innovation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients and provide solutions to their needs.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with billing, policy changes, and claim inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Provide support to customers in navigating our online platform - Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
