Job Description:
Kraft Heinz is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Service Associate to join our remote team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience. 5. Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting as needed. 6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively. 4. Creativity to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions to customer issues. 5. Adaptable and reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
